Fees:
The minimum cost of hiring the centre is:
- NCC Users** £80 per night
- Others £100 per night
- The nightly rate covers up to 8 people. Additional people staying are charged as follows: -
- NCC Users** £6 pppn
- Others £8 pppn
- Camping £2 pppn

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit must be paid before your booking can be accepted. The deposit required is 25% of the cost of the hire subject to a minimum deposit of £50. Full payment must be made 4 weeks prior to the date of your visit, unless prior arrangements have been made with us (i.e. if numbers are unknown).
If this applies to you, then consult your contact person.
Longer stays are negotiable.
Cleaning Bond
Due to the thoughtless nature of some hirers who have not left the cottage in a condition suitable for the next users, we are having, regrettably, to impose a returnable £50 cleaning bond
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 6 weeks before arrival date: Loss of deposit only
- More than 4 weeks (And less than 6 weeks) before arrival date: payable 50% of fees
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: payable 75% of fees
We recommend that you take out some form of cancellation insurance.
If a booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the start of the hire and the centre can be re-let to another group the original hirer will lose their deposit plus an additional £10 admin charge.
